A Cautionary Tale

Well, get yourself up to Cheshire then (Crewe Station isn't difficult to find by train) and it's a nice enough county to visit. Next time why not find someone you trust to look after the cats for an extra day and pay a few of us a visit? :)

I would be more than happy to if I was able!

I keep a slab of bottled water, a few packs of energy bars, a brew kit and an arctic sleeping bag in a gortex bivi in the boot. Never know when they'll come in handy.. :exit:

I hope Mr S does still see the funny side of this, or a few of you might be in for it next time there's a F&C holiday meet! :bat:;)

I hope so for your sake, or it might be you that's swimming with the fishes! :giggle:

These amphibious jokes are poor. If you find any decent fish jokes let minnow.

There's no plaice for that sort of post within my herring.

Andy is always in my thoughts, not because I miss him but because I regularly find myself near to potentially ‘dangerous’ water sources [emoji23]

There are a few new members that may not be aware of Andy's exploits, if you are new and havent read this we urge you to. It is, indeed, a cautionary but very amusing tale :D
