Lovely crisp shot - an off-centre composition with some negative-ish space on one side might have worked too.

Pattern #2 for me. A lovely level of detail, and the fade from dark to light, and from small to large clusters is a great touch.

Ignoring the abomination of cheese on a bacon sarnie, it's on theme, and nicely done. Maybe a tiny bit more space at the top though.
 
Personally I'd rather have a cheese and tomato ... but good BLISS shot. (y)
 
Nice shot Mark for bliss... good choice on the food, too :)

I like the kitchen paper surface (good texture) and don't mind the vague background in the back. Personally, I'd prefer more DOF as I'd like the sides of the bun to be in focus enough to contrast with the background, but other than that you've judged it perfectly for me...
 
I've already had an early dinner tonight but hunger has already set in and your photo hasn't helped. Sharp where it needs to be but importantly it says eat me - but who has cheese on a bacon butty?
