Go to ISP sensitivity and set there. But much easier to hold ISP button and change like that.
This changes it much quicker.
If you have iso set to auto then the camera will automatically choose the ISo.
If you want control over this you should set to manual for full control of your camera.
I tried a 24-70 2.8 on mine on Thurs night and was impressed. The downside has been that I now want a 24-70...I have 2x d90 and a range of glass, use these for weddings.
I find they punch above their weight with a good bit of glass.

It's £1200 you will not regret spending and will last past your body.
Would the Nikon AF-S 35mm f1.8 F DX Lens work okay with the D90 ?
Thanks
Yep, thats what I use with mine.
Its a lot of money, but I think the focal length would suit my needs well. And as you say - will last past my D90 - and also a great lens if I ever go to a D700...It's £1200 you will not regret spending and will last past your body.
So, you set to ISO 200 in the menu? If so, how do you do that on a D90? Ta

I have seen the AF-S 35mm f1 GDX lens advertized at ₤154.00. I guess you must be lookin elswhere.
Haha he's talkin about the 24-70mm 2.8 that we were posting earlier.
£1260 new.

And if you shoot in S mode, the front wheel changes ISO and the rear the shutter speed (in Easy ISO mode).
Just been looking at mine and the ISO doesn't change at all in A mode when I rotate the rear wheel. Do I need to set something up in the menus? That always get me it is exactly the opposite of the a mode. :bang:

Easy ISO needs to be on, think its in the settings menu item d3.
Yep, I was (and I'm a she!). Wish I could get one of those for £154!Haha he's talkin about the 24-70mm 2.8 that we were posting earlier.

D90's are going for around £375-400 and 50mm 1.8D around £65-75.
@intel68: Thanks for your response. I have no experience of using any of these lenses including Nikon 50 mm F/1.8, but what people around me who have, mentioned that 50 mm is bit softer down at F/1.8. If thats the case, should I still consider it when focal length of 50 mm is already covered by my Tamron?
anyone have a cheap MB-d80?
