FIL had the paramedics out last night. We're off over there this morning. Won't make it sadly.
Have a great time!
Oh no. Hope the FIL is ok.

It's a shame you couldn't make it but family must come first. Thanks for the well wishes. Sadly it's not an improving condition, and it's a case of "when we're needed, we're needed", but age comes to us all...
Hope you all had a great time. Was looking forward to catching up. Would love a pre-Christmas meal/drink/cuppa/whatever.
It's missing an old lady and a flag.I'd spotted this Martin Parr-esque vision of British quirkiness

Just sayin'
It was great to see Simon, David and Nige again and to meet Mrs DMB for the first time, and take some photos at an outdoor event - which still has a novelty factor for me after lockdown! I hope everyone else enjoyed the meet-up and got back home safely?
Don't worry, I'm sure I'll have plenty of those on my 35mm shots, where people have walked into the shot just as I've pressed the shutter button! :banghead:And an out-of-focus face in the forground.
Well @FishyFish your wish ...

Nooooo!Oh dear!!
You know that black tube that goes up the centre of the reel?
You know what happens when you leave it out?
:banghead:
Looks like I might have 5 unfogged frames.
Nooooo!
Evil edit:
*puts on best Terry-Thomas voice* I say... that film didn't contain your entry for the 1950s folder challenge, by any chance? If so, what jolly bad luck!
Try Flickr as a hosting site and link the URL of the photo to it. I've found that's better than posting photos direct on the forum, as they usually come out soft... if anything Flickr sharpens them slightly too much, but better that than the other. They look a lot softer here after uploading.

You can mark them as 'private' when uploading, then still link them here and get them to display., but not show to unauthorised people on Flickr. That's what I do when I don't want photos to appear in my Flickr stream.I normally do. Just didn't really want them on my flickr stream.
Perhaps my folding cameras are trying to tell me something. Just putting the Franka Solida II away and the back became unhinged like the Agifold did. Perhaps things from 1956 are starting to become unhinged together and I'm next !
I'm relieved they worked out ok.
It's pretty much my favourite film and I always push it one stop.

Did I sell some to you Nige? I was worried about not using it but I should probably have put it in the freezer looking at prices now.
That may explain the state of the film, as @simon ess also found with some of his recent shots.
