what camera gear did you get ??

From my other half I got two lastolite backgrounds , and a new lens...... And camera pants !!!

From my dad I got a battery grip, spare battery, mini soft box studio and a wireless flash trigger
 
I got a nice new Canon lens. Only trouble is my cameras are all Nikon ...... fortunately it was only a mug :)
 
I think I have the same mug

But I packed in my Nikon and joined canon this year ....
 
Some photography books and 20 rolls of 120 film, and I'm really pleased with that.​

Nowt, although I may have bought myself a few odds and sods over the past couple of months!
 
Gorilla pod and ball head :)
... and a thermos mug for those long waits, if that counts!
 
Lightroom 5, Elements 12, collapsible reflector set & a mug that looks like a lens or is it a lens that's been made into a mug.Well happy and blessed. oh yes and I treated myself to a 10 stop filter.
 
Got a Lowepro Flipside 400 and the obligatory lens mug - had one last year too!
 
The Canon 70-300 I've been hankering after, Lightroom 5 (and book about how to use it!), Nik software (and a book about how to use it!) ... Plus another book about raw processing. Not sure whether to go out with the new lens and take a few shots or sit and have a read! At least I'm not short of reference material when I get stuck - which is pretty often.
 
I buy camera gear all year round so it's always Christmas for me :)
 
£50 to spend in Wilkinson camera shop it was that or go with the Mrs to see Gary Barlow off the kids
and a Lowepro slingshot 102aw bag
 
no gear but did get landscape pic of the year book which was nice.
 
Photography day at BWC, can't wait.
