A quick photo straight out of the camera, dark indoors with very poor light. ISO 3200
I think it is ok, for such a high ISO indoors, others may disagree.
Glad you approve.
allDo you mean the photos that @d00d put up, or do you mean something else?
I dare not ask, as by the tenth post, the camera will be spoken of, in the past tense.ask Al what camera hes using now
It's for the back pain, honest.Hey - it's better than being on drugs
Shhh.Al did you get your D5300 back from MPB yet ?
... god I love my G7X ... captured in parliament square today ...
Been up since Monday, I think. Seems no offers yet, maybe nobody has seen it. I have already got one, I don't want two.Sure somebody was selling one as an un wanted prize in classified...looked a good deal.....

Much better than what I have been capturing, with my G7X.OK the pic's not that amazing but I've been busy with my new set-up ... GX80+45-150mm.
And my G7X has been neglected of late. It was really nice to pocket her yesterday and head down to Westminster.
Dood whats the evf like in the GX80,some have mentioned a rainbow effect even when not capturing rainbows LOL.do you find it ok? and generally how you getting on with it compared to other cameras youve had, might get one for my daughter
Makes me miss my G3X when I see this old picture I took on it! Considering this was ISO 1600, RAW and processed.. I think its incredible! Only reason I sold was couldn't justify that and the Sony RX10 3 as well as the usual dslrs I have. If Canmon could just sort out the AF speed and the continuous - I'd be first in the queue! Really hopping they do actually do an upgrade for this and don't phase it out! Full res in the link if anyone wants to view it high res!

A couple more taken with G7X last week at the HoP ... The Welt Girl ... Never mind the politics.
I guess it's easier in London, and extremely easy at a place like this ... people milling around, pro and amateur toggers plus a little old bloke like me with a little pocket camera.I like how you manage to get in close, I don't seem to be able to do that.
I could not do that up my neck of the woods, stand out like a sore thumb.I guess it's easier in London, and extremely easy at a place like this ... people milling around, pro and amateur toggers plus a little old bloke like me with a little pocket camera.
Camera jpegs ....@d00d
Were these SOOC?
Are they in camera tweaks?Camera jpegs ....
PP: a tweak in 'Curves' and a little sharpen. Neither were cropped at all. The first need half a degree rotation ... I like my uprights upright.
Curves, obviously not able to do in camera... Silly me.Are they in camera tweaks?

Yes I forgot, you use the flippy floppy screen, tilted. I just don't like messing to much with the flipping thingy, feels like I might break it. Knowing my luck, I will break the ribbon cable.A technique that's like second nature to me now .... hold the camera down, look at the person though the camera, don't look directly at them before or after taking the shot.

I shortened the life of a camera once before, by excessive use of the flip out screen. I suppose I might use the flip out, if I really do need the shot.Life's too short ... plus I like the upward POV
