Sorry, just too many, so will list more than one.
Pete Carr
Forget about the photos for a second. Pete is one of the most unusual members on this forum, in my opinion. Wildly sarcastic, he creates an insane number of thread fights, and mini forum wars, but each and every time, its a result of him, again in my opinion, offering honest, and extremely useful crit (albeit, sometimes it comes across as ultra harsh). I have seen several times, him take a kick in the balls for being frank, and to the point, which I feel at times, is unjust.
More importantly however, whilst I don't really know Pete personally, I have spent many an hours talking with him here, and to me, the way he uses his photography to battle one or two personal demons, is one of the most inspirational things about him. His photography is his life, and his life, photography. Its that simple, and I am fully inspired by his attitude, his skill, and his style. I wish people saw the Pete I see, sarcasm is not a crime, at worst, it is a mask which some people need to wear for various reasons. I will always remember that with Pete. Top bloke.
Him Up North
What can I say? Since I first laid eyes on his photos, I was blown away. Majestic, magnificent, and flawlessely beautiful. I look forward to his sets, and I often yelp "wow" with each image. Love your work Gary.
More importantly, on a personal level, to have him compliment my early work, all those months ago, I cant thank him enough. The confidence I gained as a result will never ever leave me. He was not alone in this, but to have a photographer of his caliber tell me my images are good, was and still is, amazing.
Ghandi
Expert photographer. Absolutely stunning photos, time and time again. Never fails to impress me.
