You don't have to handle snakes to get good close ups necessarily... and this is one I would not like to handle. Beautiful snake though with their rough scales giving a wonderful texture to any picture. Also a lovely array of colours on this little beaut! Nice pic... J
Loving the typical beardie 'whacha lookin at' pose in the second shot, but both are good. Beardie's are good subjects as their skin texture is great.
Been spending a little time trying to get a couple of good shots of one of my snakes, but little sod has been zooming round a mile a minute...
But after 10 mins of me sticking a camera in his face he decided to slip away whilst the going was good......

Lucky you.... obviously thought he had a meal due there! Bet it was a surprise when you showed yourself. Love the sense of movement the second one gives, so my fave for that, but also love the colours on the first. :thumbs:

Meet my two... pic of Dopey when he was a pup... had to have 2 vets verify he was not a pit... looked wonderful with his 'broken' ear... in some ways it's a shame it went straight as he grew... :lol:
