Had a pdf of exactly this thing until I had a clear out on New Years Day, called Invisible Mannequin by Chris Brock (Google search might bring up some answers) you basically take 2 images, 1 from the front and then the 2nd with the t shirt turned inside out you take the 2nd shot to get the neck...

Keep on to him, and keep a paper trail, turn on request read receipt and send another invoice by email and recorded mail, that way he can't deny getting them. May be worth the threat of small claims court.

Our daily collection that comes on a 27 mile trip from Malton over the moors to Whitby has somehow managed to get to us everyday so far even though the moor roads have been shut or near enough inpassable for the last week or so, so have only praise for them!
