It's a pint of beer and the reflection is of a few branches, the streetlights and a large house.
The concept of 'through the looking glass' is meant to portray the feeling of 'beer goggles', and hopefully the reflection shows that and also the reflection of the concept...
Off centre I can understand to get composition right in-camera, all focus points for landscape I'd guess, but I am guilty of using only (and I mean only) using centre focus then cropping to get good composition (that is unless the subject is still in which case I'll manual focus).

As boring or unoriginal as it may be, sites are generally the same - we all expect certain rules to be applied faultlessly, and when they're not then that's when you'll know about it.

It's hard for me to find what you're selling - yes, I can go to contact to find out but users shouldn't have to (and so probably won't). Don't worry, it seems a common occurance.

You need to make your contact details stand out more, i.e. on the bottom of every page, even if it's just a phone number or email addy.
Make the three images at the bottom of the home page clickable.
