I have the Hadley Pro and think it's a great size for mirrorless. I carried a a6000,16mm and 30mm with enough room for a drink in mine without it being to big. Another bag to consider are the think tank retrospective range as these also don't scream camera bag and are a bit cheaper.

I find the opposite when carrying my billingham overr my back pack. Maybe it's because I've got the red version and just looks like a normal bag, red goes nice with my converse.

1st day out with the X-T2

Picked up a cheap xt2 and 18-55 today after trying a sony for the last year. Have to say this is a big improvement over the xt1 and xe2 I have used before.

I don't think Fuji go as wide as 12mm so you have the 14mm 2.8, 16mm 1.4 and 16mm 2.8. To get as wide as the samyang you are looking at the 2 wide angle zoom. I use the 16mm 2.8 and although is a bit soft wide open in the corners it's nice and sharp stopped down to 5.6. I might upgrade this to...
