On my challenge catchup!!

Rough
Three interesting images, its amazing the variations you can capture with the cheap macro adaptors. I like number 3 the best, its the most pleasing to the eye

Smooth
Great contrast in colour, and perfect for the theme

Alive
There’s definetely signs of spring everywhere, well spotted and captured

That's a cracking picture of the bumble, it fits almost completely within the depth of field.
Thank you Martin

Great image and wonderful to see. We'd also be in a pretty poor state without the bees, so Alive is very fitting I think. Love how the bee's colouration matches the blossom. Fantastic image Clive.
Thank you Ian

Those images for Rough are really interesting. Almost look like a shot through a microscope of something. I agree with others though - I can't look at them for long for some reason!
Smooth is a nice set. I too like the contrast in textures.
Brilliant image of the Bee. Great colour and detail.
Thank you Lee, I took the picture and I don't like looking at it either!

A nice close up of a Bee doing what bee's do Clive
Thank you Mr C

Brilliant photo. The colour palette from this image and the depth of field is perfect :)
Thank you Roxanne

Thank you Stuart, I'm not sure pleasing to the eye is the right term...maybe least disturbing.

Alive
Great shot of the bumblebee.
Thank you Dominic

I love this one, thats a really super shot Clive .... beautifully fresh and springlike, perfect for the theme.
Thank you Susie

What else can I say. Fabulous shot all round Clive.
Thank you Helen

Great shot of the bee and really sharp too! Quite like how you can see all the pollen too.
Thank You Simon

Nailed it (y)

Cool make up :)

It's a bit grim but I can't say that it doesn't fit the theme. (y)

Hi Clive

Alive, a great shot of the Bee, I did try a similar shot, but the bee was around the back of the tree where I could not get to. then he buzzed off.

Easter, very realistic, not that I know what a nail in the hand looks like.

Pete

Eeeeeeeew

Very gruesome indeed!

Easter
I think that's a great take on the theme. Well done to Sophie with her makeup skills.

Well done Sophie. I bet that was fun. Gruesome but definitely on them and dare I say, well executed?
Thank you Bebop, it was nice getting her involved.

Ooooh that’s a bit gruesome, it actually looks very realistic with that pool of ‘blood’ it’s certainly an original take on the theme, well thought out.
Thank you Susie

Ouch !!!
Excellent work with the make-up.
We'll have you cosplaying before you know it ! ;)
Cheers Tim, my assistant did well!

Very gruesome indeed!
Thanks Ian

Its a yuck from me but definitely looks like fun!
Thank you Helen , it was fun, I had to keep filling the hole with food colouring!

Second one for me, in fact I might have come back a bit more.

Two nice shots. Am torn as #1 is more abstract (don't ask my why as I thought fish when I first looked at it) but I do like the texture of the cloth on #2.

No2 for me ta muchly :)

Both spring shots are good, 2nd one is more pleasing, but the first is more abstract and can be improved by cropping that top part coil out.

Pete

Really nice shot the first one like that a lot
Thank you Allan

Thank you Martin you are always welcome back.

Very nice use of the frame and negative space, especially the first one.
Thanks Paul

Nicely off center and good light.

Week 15 Snappers Choice

Not been out this week, luckily I have a photogenic garden visitor.
This fox started visiting us last year as a cub and now has cubs of his own.

What a gorgeous fox. Fabulous photos. Amazing detail.
Thank you Bebop

Fabulous fox!
Thank you Joan

Those are amazing Clive, how lovely to get such close up shots.
Thank you Susie, he will without 2m from me.

Very close up shots must be nice having them visit the garden
Thank you Allan, only one comes in the garden but 8 or 9 live in the field behind our house, at least 5 cubs.

That's a healthy looking fox and great close up. #2 for me.
Thank you Helen
