In LR, in the develop module, set the defaults (for the camera) the way you want, then hold down the *ALT* key. How? I've tried that a few times and it never seems to save the settings
Love the dramatic atmosphere, great pictureFantastic day yesterday, with 3 mates and a very moody Dinorwic Quarry, a lot of laughs and some half decent photography, here is my first effort, processed in a cinematic style.

Sure is. I was heading back from the beach and saw so quite a few photographers on the bridge, so guessing there are some special trains there today (please excuse my ignorance). That'll be Swanage then.

Floats my boat. Love these.
Your shots helped with the decision to buy it!In my opinion the 55-200mm is optically “Excellent”, particularly around the F5.6 - F8 areas. I’ve had one for ages and it is still probably my fav’ lens.
George.
I've PMed you a link to the preset I use. However the "Set default" below sounds like a more interesting way of doing it that I had never heard of before...That would be good, thanks
In LR, in the develop module, set the defaults (for the camera) the way you want, then hold down the *ALT* key.
The [Reset] button will become [Set Default...]
Once you set the default for the camera (model) all future imports will take the new defaults.
All lovely images Keith, but the stand out one for me is the last one as imo it`s a cracking shot.

Went to see friends, and had a walk around Knole Park. I took the camera just in case any deer decided to come in range, but all they showed was their arses Managed to snag this on the way back though.

“Excellent” candid Fujigraph, well composed and the silhouette presentation works really well for me.
George.
Big crop, or "How did you get that close"?
One with the cotton reel would be nice
Clipped the Raynox 150 on.
