Looks about right, doesnt look all that grainy to me. Take a look at the exif data to see what iso it was, for 400-800 that looks about what i'd expect.
Also worth bearing in mind with these cameras - diffraction will set in at a lower f-ratio. On most dslr/lens combos the sweet spot is usually f8-f10, whereas on the x30 it's around f5. Shooting at f11 can leave things looking mushy.
Ps. Also worth noting that raw will almost always need some work. That image above needs highs pulled back, shadows raised just a touch, some very picky sharpening, a little saturation, and VERY conservative noise reduction. Don't go too crazy and you'l be surprised what raw can deliver. It will also ALWAYS look worse on your computer screen, and will ALWAYS look worse to you. Other people are way less critical and less inclined to pixel peep. You should look at the picture as a whole, without zooming, the way your audience will.
