I spoke to a chap who was refurbishing an old steam boat at the far end of the quay.
He was doing it for nothing! Sheer labour of love.

Definitely a fishing boat conversion. :)
Very few at this particular creek seem to used for the original purpose.
Mostly they're barges used as general living accommodation.
The one shown is a more grander.
 
One of the QM when she was laid up down at Weymouth during the covid, it was mid morning with the weather being dry and bright but quite hazy.DSC_3268.jpg
