What podcasts do you listen to?

Not sure if this helps, I have an 'app', bizarrely named 'doggcatcher' on my phone, which I use (via home wifi) to download podcasts and then play on my journeys. I'm sure there's more than one type of app like this. ps. great topic

    changing to raw

As Above. It will then display RAW in the LCD at the bottom. A bit like the second image (scroll down a little) here: http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/canoneos400d/page5.asp when you're in JPEG mode, I think it displays a letter like 'M' (medium), 'L' (Large) etc. When in RAW mode it will...

The Unofficial TP Android Apps Thread

Excellent. I had no idea! Thanks I've had my desire for a 2 weeks or so. Not had much time to play around with it. SoundHound is really good. I prefer it over Shazam. I usually go for the freebie apps, but one I had to purchase for was Mobisle Notes after I saw it on my dad's phone...

HTC Desire Case - Otterbox or Case-Mate

Had my case-mate tough for the last few days. First thoughts: . Not worth 16 quid . Dust magnet But I will hang onto it as it provides a good grip and the other choices don't seem as good (not including the otterbox). ps. The case-mate comes with a screen protector. Definately use a...

    canon 50mm 1.4 vs sigma 50mm 1.4

The Canon's are good. My first choice would be the sigma; it is a wonderful lens in every respect.

A few from the Peak District

Hi Kev. Nope, no sun at all lol. Overcast and temperatures must have been around 0-2 degrees during the time we were there in feb. In one of the pictures, I think I increased the exposure of the highlights a bit - prob number 2, but I don't think any of the pics had their highlights blown cos i...

A few from the Peak District

Thanks all. It's so refreshing to get other photographers' views. I kept the other 2 ducks (on the right hand side) in the first pic. It's like one of them is looking out to sea to find it's soul mate. Then the one near it on the land, is looking on the land for it's soul mate. He's having no...
