Good angle of the mushroom there I'm not sure I'd have the energy to get down so low! The other pictures are really nice but the one you have submitted is my favorite.

good light and a good angle.
You could claim leading lines underneath - maybe.

Nic one - nice Telecaster and awesome band :)

Autumnal, definitely your chosen shot.. lovely image and colour.
Snappers choice. Fits the tech nicely.

Wow! All fit the bill well David, but I think on theme the one I like best is the second.

Thanks. I agree tbh.
I chose the first one because it was taken explicitly for the challenge.

The second looks more "on theme", but I like the first more. If you took it explicitly for the challenge, then it is definitely the one that I would choose. The colours work well.

I could go for any of those, but I really like the colours in the mossy stump shot.

in your chosen shot,, that tree has been down for a while, so where did the leaves come from???

I like your chosen image the best David. Great colours. Not as "in your face" as the other two images in regards to destruction but definitely the "constructive destruction" by nature, over time.

All fit the theme but I would go for your chosen shot too. The colour is great.

Quick off the mark! Nice close ups with good detail

As Jim says quick off the mark, two good shots but the dog one could of been better as the whole shadow is missing so my choice is the lion.
I thought about that as well but couldn't get my desk lamp in a good place so had to make do:(

All fit the theme. I like the baubles best, but since they're not shot this week... I like the lighting on the lion, but I prefer the composition of the dog where he is set back a little from the edge of the frame.

I like the hard side lighting on the dog.
The colours in the lion shot are not to my taste.

Catching up...again:

Ornamental: The lion is the shot that really grabbed my eye David, well done
Curves: great set, the vase(?) is very cool.

Quick off the mark again David (as always). All good shots for the them. I particularly like the flooring shot.

On catch up here. Ornament: I like the colour in the big cat shot although my preference would be the baubles as they made me smile.
Curves: Some very nice shots but #1 does it for me - almost an Escher brain teaser image as it can be seen in two ways.

Week 49: Tool(s)

3 in 1

Could have been Curves as well.

Your chosen shot - a tool I like using.

As BB says, side lighting adds interest.

Nice set David. Your chosen shot is of my kind of tool.... :)

Nice set David :)

Week 50: Construction

Someone had the patience to construct this!
