    Wasp in Flight

The second one is my favourite of the two. Can almost hear air traffic control giving him clearance.

My little attempt at a motion shoot

Ive tried this and it's harder than it looks. Seems every minor jolt sets the blur going. Ended up using bags of sand, webbing and ripties but to no avail. I was trying it at night in a very short wheel base car, which didn't help.

    Honda S2K

I like the blemishes. The car should be kept natural and not airbrushed. It looks like it's used and enjoyed, as they should be. Suits the character of the car too. Nice X-processing effect too.

    Arty McLaren F1 car

Nailed the second one, definitely. I prefer it to the first because it's free from background distractions. They both show the art of the carbon fibre construction well though.

    My Type R - HDR

Ha! The one you labelled 'Not so good' looks huge. At first glance the stand looks likes part of the fence so the massive bike straddles it. Steve McQueen would have got away if he'd had this. :)

    Brewing Storm Over Nash Point

Wow, the colours, textures and tone are just right.

HDR type photo of The Angel of the North

The sky looks like a swimming pool. I don't normally like overcooked HDR but this is interesting.

Wire wool... No need for Macro!

I cannot emphasise enough how much I admire these shots. Fascinating. Very, very good indeed. Thank you.

    Jazz Otter

Ha! He actually looks like he's sarcastically 'golf clapping'. Should I ever get round to setting up a new 'adult art' magazine, I shall call it "Jazz Otter". A challenge to everyone to try and slip this fantastic phrase into a conversation today. :D

    one tired puddy cat

Oh my, looks exactly like mine. Enjoying the double chin too. :D

Colour or mono Lion? - you decide...

Colour. There's so much richness in the hues of his fur. It also helps separate him from the background which, luckily, is quite a complimentary shade.

    Secret button camera

From a relatively sophisticated modern viewpoint, it's amazing how any of the old spy gear worked. It was so crude and bulky. I know the world was more naive back then, but I can't help thinking that when the guy was handed that, he must have thought "В&#1099...

Wooooo hooooo, I've only gone and won a regional camera clubs competition!

They are both fabulous. The little blue guy's fur reminds me of Monsters Inc.
