@Brazo and I discussed the new theme and he suggested this one.

Rules are, as before, almost the same as for the film version but slightly tweaked:

- Entries must be taken by you
- Must be taken on a digital camera of some sort (not a digital scan of a film neg)
- Must have been taken and post-processed prior to the start date of the monthly challenge ie in this case before 23rd July 2023
- Please include details of the camera, lens, and anything else of relevance if you can possibly remember that far back, and if linking to Flickr etc please leave exif available to view
- One Entry per person
- Discussion in the discussion thread rather than the Entries thread, please.
- Shoehorning and even Crowbars are positively encouraged!

Entries will close two weeks after the challenge starts at 23:59 on 5th August and voting will be open for 5 days after that. The winner gets to set the next challenge.

This time the challenge theme is "Clouds" - let's see what you've got!

Entries only in this thread please

A crop from a shot taken in 2006 at Hartlepool with my Canon 20D with Sigma 12-24mm at 12mm. f4.5, 1/3,200, ISO 100.
A2.jpg

This was one of three crops of the sky from the original picture. All the same ratio. The plan was to present them as three distinct pictures but in the same frame, rather than as a whole picture, but I never did it. I do often look at them though.

A crop from a shot taken 9th September 2013. Pentax K5, 55mm, f9, 1/250s, ISO 200.

Dave

The EXIF data on Flikr shows the shutter speed as 1/100s, but that on the original file says 1/250s
