These are lovely Betty! Clarity and striking colour. Gerberas are just SO photogenic :) Even from the underside! (Don't think I've posted many of my flower pics here yet) The frame sets it off nicely too.

Excellent shots :) Really well captured imho! My son took a small video cam which he just showed me - certainly not a crisp and clear as these. Well done! Ditto a shame they've gone; the landscape's drastically changed overnight forever.

Trying out Photomatix again and would appreciate any comments/thoughts. Two duplicates of one exposure at -2 and +2. Not sure whether that's a good way fo going about it though, and I'm not entirely happy with either of them now :thinking:. Thanks Last of the afternoon light before...

I'm a sucker for calla lilies! For me the 3rd, purple lily is outstanding for the shapes and clarity :) Well done too with the gerberas, though they are just a tad too bright for me.
