Boats - an open thread

As I said in the original post, George, "whatever floats your boat". But I wasn't just referring to the body of water you found it on. I like originality and this fits the bill. There will be some reason this "house" is floating on this pontoon, or whatever it is, and I'd love to know why that is.

Garry, I'm not too sure what it is all about but it's something to do with the "Folkestone Triennial". There's several of these scattered about the beach and harbour areas and quite a few small figurines housed high up under things like railroad bridges etc.
