Interesting. I had exactly the same question from someone over on Photography on the Net. This was my reply:

If you're referring to my photo, then it's extremely unlikely. It wouldn't make a lot of sense for asylum seekers to head for Weymouth, given the distance from the coast of France. Then there's the cost of an AB RIB, plus its size. And the way they're dressed, with the guy at the tiller wearing an expensive jacket and the others in shirt sleeves. Knowing what I know about Weymouth, it's a guy taking three people (perhaps his friends, perhaps paying customers) on a tour of the Bay.

Now you can tell me you were joking.
