Hi, I like your picture as it is. - What you would like to achieve may be difficult with the equipment used. A faster MF lens might help. And then you must wait all night till a man
with a bowler hat comes ... --- So, a good lucky shot taken is better than a perfect, imaginary one ...

As for ironing: narrow depth-of-field works wonders! Labour-saving.
