They certainly do IMO. Scupltures can be made out of anything that can be sculpted and can look like anything you can represent in that material. They can be artistic, representational, commemorative, as a craft, or just for fun.

I don't know if they are sculptured or manufactured.

Here is one that that is made from manufactured parts, but I feel it's the sum of the parts making a sculpture.
