Well done that's a hell of a lot of weight to lose. I found it easier to give up smoking than dieting! I think I'm pretty obsessed with food however finding out I'm half a stone away from being in the obese catogery and a resting heart rate of over 90 BPM has been a wake up call!Good luck Robert. I may join you. I lost 3st since last January by going out for a walk each day (and eating healthily...) I've been pondering another stab at a 52 for a couple of years just for the fun of it.
Lovely shot.
Great start, with lovely colours.
Thank you.Worth the wait lovely colour and silhouette very good start

Good combination of exercise and photography.
I'm trying to do the same by doing a 52 and at least 30 mins of exercise per day.
Will be interested in the results of both things
What a cracking shot of the silhouette of the dog walker and his pal, great lighting and small waves in shot, plus like the slight reflections too and ripples in the wet sand. A great start to your 52 Robert
Very nice shot Sir, love the silhouette and colours.
George.
I'm a lucky guy to have this on my doorstep.
Yeah I know what you mean.Really nice shot, glad you submitted the optional week 0
If I may offer one possible suggestion, the (I assume) advertising board on the cliff edge could be removed using spot removal or the clone tool, as I do find my eye drawn to it.
Not my little feller. Just a stranger and his dog on the beach.Nice colours and the little feller must help with your exercise.
never noticed that! What an interesting shot and take on theme Robert, like the shadows and pavement and getting the bloke in shot too. Think you forgot to clone out the bloke on the LHS, but still a good shot
