B&W Let's see your Black and White photos

Very interesting processing more monotone they have a quality somewhere between black and white and sepia, to be honest that last one isn't working for me the processing feels far too over cooked for my taste..

In the spirit of the thread I shall dig out a couple of my own

My all time favourite B&W and certainly in my current top 10 of my favourite of my own work

The like is for the second image. The young boy looking out of the carriage window at the locomotive makes it an excellent image as he directs the eye back to the left hand side of the picture. It also makes it special for me as it brought back memories of doing the same thing a very long time ago.

May I ask where it was taken? If it's not too far north I would like to take a trip there to see the 28XX in action.

Just a simple Snapograph taken at Dungeness Kent UK a couple of the many old boats and things scattered about the beach that have just been left behind.
I'm also working on a personal project called Things Left Behind and this will be one of the shots included.
