I don't do heat either (I'm a pale ginger ghost ) ..those costumes must have been hot and heavy for this weather!A trip to the Medieval festival at Tewksbury Much too hot for me ( I cope better in the cold) but still a good day out !
The local farming has disturbed the hares and has made getting close difficult, best I could do today with a bit of a crop

We have noticed a slightly higher number, I think in this area, it is partly due to the police 'actively' cracking down on hare coursingI think I've seen more Hares this last year or two than I have for twenty before that. They seem to be more common now.
I agree with you, wild flower, not weedsI spotted this lovely little weed flower this morning.
