Week 0 ~ My area ~ Morfa Nefyn beach looking towards the hills called the Rivals. A storm is brewing.

Atmospheric shot Shirley. Nicely composed and the surf line leads the eye round well to the hills. Sun on the hills lifts the image even with the haze/rain

Nice one Shirley, I was watching families yesterday risking the lives of their children totally crazy getting a selfie with a crashing wave behind them. A good shot for the theme too.

Welcome back, Shirley, and good luck with your new 52. That's a really atmospheric image to start with, almost like a painting. I like the strong curve of the bay as it leads the eye to the distant mountains, and the light on them helps to show the shape of the land

Week 0 - that is a very atmospheric image and very fitting for the bad weather thats hitting the uk at the moment, I agree with andrea about the strong curve of the bay as it leads the eye to the distant mountains.

Week - 0 - A view I used to see most summers on visits, though normally a bit sunnier. Great atmosphere.
