That's a back alley and a half. I like the way you've framed the shot with the wall to create a leading line.
 
It's a good shot Gary, the B&W processing suits it well.

Alley - works well in B&W, the angle suits it too

Heavy - I've always having a go on a digger, it's just looks fun

Light - Really nice pleasing tones enhanced by just hint of light falling at the lower right

Nice, monochrome works, I'd thought about a shower screen or steamed up mirror but wasn't sure how to get a good effect. With the cupboard frame/handle and the reflection, it's lifted the shot.
 
This nice Gary. Sometimes simple is better and the B&W makes for an interesting image.

Works for the theme and does seem bigger than the item being photographed.
 
Works well for the theme and looks good in mono. Perhaps a little more contrast might lift it slightly?

Works well and makes wonder what the building was used for.
 
Some interesting shots which have a very gloomy feel about them. I think you chose the right one for the theme.
