Week 52 - Celebrate/Celebrations

...... and finally. My last is of Christmas tree lights with the symbol of faith set against the wondrous gift of nature. Taken this morning, Christmas Eve. Merry Christmas everyone.

Hi Carl, as you say it fits the theme, and ticks the box, and it's definitely something we see when out and about.....especially the fact that nothing seems to be happening.

Oh you hopped in with that one :) that's really lovely and very appropriate for the theme and the day, an excellent choice for your last photo. Looking forward to following your thread again next year.

Out and About - Nice colourful image spot on for the theme.

It looks like a snake with a set of "cross hairs" on it, What are you trying to say here Carl? :D
 
Good sky and well controlled light for celebrate, the tree gives a good sense of scale and and the blue crosses stand out well. Very nice image for the theme. Hope you had a good Christmas and here's to next year (y)
 
Works very nicely the silhouettes of the trees and the Christmas lights against that stunning sunrise.

Thanks Bernd. Couldn't believe my luck while out at the bakers on Christmas Eve.

'ere everyone, just realised - the crosses represent Good and the snake, Evil ... that must be it surely. Only explanation for the snake I think.
