I think the technique is a month long thing, but only needs to be used once in the month. Well that's how I read it. You've already done a black and white shot so you don't need to worry.

As someone who as yet is relatively inexperienced with the concept of the 'shoehorn', I find this incredibly impressive!

I may be quick off the mark this week. I think I've already taken this week's shot. I was out at lunchtime taking photos of ...... and a couple of them would fit the theme and they were taken at 1:38 and the theme was announced at 1:15. Or should I wait and go for my first idea?
